The total surfing experience The mission of the Rip Curl School of Surf is to maintain excellence in its curriculum and to provide students with the best and most consistent levels of tuition in water sports. Like a college or university, it aims to be a vibrant and intellectually challenging place of learning, introducing students to a community of surfers who share a passion for discovery and respect for our oceans.

Founded in 1998

the Rip Curl School of Surf offers the total surfing experience. With affiliations to the International Surfing Association and the International Kitesurfing Organisation, we are the leading surf school in Asia. Our coaches are fully accredited and trained in all disciplines of surfing and water safety.

The School

Not just a school, there's a surf shop as well. Along with showers, changing facilities and lockers for students, the surf shop carries a range of Rip Curl wear, wax, leg ropes and boards for all your surf needs.

Insurance

We've got you covered… all students, the school and any school activities are covered by US$100,000 liability insurance and a US$10,000 medical coverage plan.
