MANGROVE MOB
Join the mangrove mob, to be educated on the importance of the mangrove forest to your environment, before taking a boat ride with your guide to our local mangroves to help clean the beachfront and forest. Next, it is on to the SUP and into the forest to collect mangrove pods, which are then planted deep in the forest. We’ll bring back all our rubbish to be sorted & recycled.
CORAL NURSERY SNORKEL TOUR
The Rotary Club Bali Action and the Rip Curl School of Surf are proud to support and collaborate with the NGO “Ocean Gardener”, with the development of our very own Coral Gardener nursery in Sanur. Please help support our coral restoration program by joining us on a coral nursery snorkel tour, sponsoring coral planting, or a coral nursery rack to keep building our restoration program and give back to the ocean. Your tour will start with a short video about corals and then your guide will give you a briefing about our coral nursery, including information such as, how it was set up, what type of corals we have, how we grow them, the project goals and some important considerations regarding how to interact with the corals and other marine life at our nursery.
